  • "A lovely spot, surrounded by beautiful trees, but not far from town or beach. The kids loved the train cabin feel, the grass outside and the basketball ring. It’s close to everything - all the main breweries for lunch are within 20 mins or so. Margaret River Wood Fired bread is ten mins away, so you can grab fresh hot loaves from 3 pm every day."

  • "Terrace cottage is a great place to stay it's in a quiet spot but within walking distance of Margaret River shops and eateries. A good base to explore the wineries and the coast and caves in the region. Beds really comfy and house was spotlessly clean. Lovely to sit out on the Terrace and eat breakfast and enjoy the visiting birds who came to the bird table."

  • Lovely spacious house. Bedrooms nicely decorated with bedside tables and side lights to read. Cupboards with hangers and loads of space in the chest of drawers. Large spacious and well appointed kitchen. Nicely located - walking distance to the Bakery and Swings and Roundabouts and a stroll up the main street to the rest of town.   • Wonderful accommodation, a true gem! The hosts were responsive and super helpful - weather was a bit chilly and we were sent an additional heater for the room within hours of asking. Location is great - walkable to the Main Street. The unit itself is beautiful, spotless and very comfortable for our group of 6.

  • Terrace cottage is a cozy and beautiful place to stay. Location is great, it is only a few meters from the main road, but still feel like you are in the bush. It is also very close by to the mountain biking tracks, so my boys were very about that. Inside the cottage the beams and wooden ceiling create a beautiful environment to enjoy the winter. The beds are very comfortable and linen was immaculate. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay there, inclusive orange and mandarins trees!!

  • We had a wonderful 3 days after visiting Perth. The house was exactly as described and in a beautiful setting - Bec was very responsive but we didn't need anything at all. It was very peaceful - wine on the veranda in the afternoon, and a fire at night. Rooms in the carriages were warm (cold at night in September), had plenty of room and very comfortable. All amenities were there including cooking necessities, bathroom products, complimentary Margaret River chocolates, tips from the host and more. It was perfect. No flaws at all. We loved it and it was a great base for exploring the caves, lighthouses, wineries, beaches, coastline and more. I would highly recommend!!

  • A place in the heart of nature, very peaceful and very clean - the beds were very comfortable and the decoration made with taste (we loved the wagon made in rooms). Gas barbecue and basketball basket for children were appreciable. Many vineyards nearby and 5 minutes from Margaret River centre by car. A great stay of a few days. Thank you for being super responsive to all our questions.

  • Such a beautiful and perfect location right across the road from the beach. Loved how close it was to White Elephant Cafe for breakfast and Surfer’s Point to watch the sunset! Great communication from our host too!

  • The house is very well laid out, 2 bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms is excellent, Laundry facilities very good also if you are staying longer and need them. Well equipped kitchen, outside bbq area is really nice and a couple of different options to sit is good. Location in Margaret River is just perfect for walking into town and also beautiful forrest and bush and river walks are just so close, as well as close to excellent outside bbq areas across the river walkway bridge for all to enjoy.   • Sweet little cottage style accommodation. Very walkable to local cafe’s, beach and surfers point. We took our dog with us and were amazed how many of the local wineries and cafe’s were dog friendly. Bec from Margaret River Escapes was amazing. She was very responsive and recommended great cafes to visit.

  • Had a fabulous stay in Prevelly. The host was super helpful. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The best part was that it was right across the road from the beach and right in the middle of the Cape to Cape.

  • We really loved our stay here and had amazingly peaceful sleeps. Really cozy cabin vibes, well insulated - we were looking forward to using the fireplace but didn't need to. Really appreciated the tea, coffee and sugar provided, and even the bird seed for the visiting birds! Great assortment of board games and puzzles, comfy seating areas, many convenient electrical outlets in each room, ample lighting (electric and natural), beautiful fruit trees around the house. Honestly, it was such an enjoyable stay that we would love to stay here again and will be recommending to others :) Thank you!

  • A very clean and well presented place to stay. Comfortable bed and relaxing studio to stay for a few nights. Beach towels provided were a bonus. Location was brilliant with beautiful beach across the road and cafes a short walk along beach paths. Sunset and picnic dinner at surfers point a great recommendation …thankyou!   • We just had a delightful stay here at Redgate Sidings. We had a group of 4 adults and 2 young children and could not have asked for a better place to enjoy the Margaret River area. The house was light filled, enormous picture windows gave you a spectacular view from all living areas and the little bedrooms tucked away inside the train carriages were as cosy as can be. My kids thought the train rooms were the coolest thing ever and were devastated to leave at check out! The place has all the amenities you need for a peaceful stay, you won’t regret it.
